JOB DETAILS:

The Chuo cha Usimamizi wa Fedha (IFM) is seeking to fill two positions for Assistant Lecturers in Banking and Finance. This role is crucial for the academic development and research output of the institution.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To conduct lectures, research, tutorials and seminars;
• To prepare case studies;
• To work in cooperation with senior members of staff in research projects and consultancies;
• To supervise students’ projects; and
• To perform other related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.

Qualifications

Holder of Master’s Degree in one of the following fields: Banking and Finance, Banking and Information System, Money, Finance and Investment, Finance; and a Bachelor Degree in Banking and Finance or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institutions with a GPA of at least 3.5 at undergraduate level or B+ average for non-classified degrees and at least 3.8 at Master Degree or B+ average for non –classified degrees.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
