The Baby Class Teacher is responsible for the care and early childhood education of the youngest learners, typically aged 3-4 years.
Plan and Deliver Lessons:
Design and implement age-appropriate, play-based lesson plans that foster early literacy, numeracy, social skills, and creativity.
Child Development:
Assess, track, and document children's developmental milestones and progress, sharing regular updates with parents.
Classroom Management:
Provide a safe, hygienic, and nurturing classroom environment, managing behavior with patience and positive reinforcement.
Nurture Holistic Growth:
Support the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive development of each child through structured and unstructured activities.
Health and Safety:
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to health, hygiene, and safety protocols (feeding, diapering, rest time).
Parental Engagement:
Maintain regular communication with parents and guardians about children's progress and well-being.
Learning Environment:
Create a stimulating and welcoming learning environment with age-appropriate learning materials, toys, and displays.
Routine Management:
Establish and maintain daily routines (arrival, playtime, snack time, story time, nap time, departure).
Requirements

- Good communication skills.
