About the role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Associate – Graphic Design to manage and elevate our visual design strategy. This role balances hands-on design, art direction, and project coordination. The ideal candidate has strong conceptual skills, a polished design aesthetic, and experience driving creative projects forward across digital and print platforms.
What you would be expected to do:
Develop and Execute Visual Concepts
Create compelling visual ideas that align with brand strategy, marketing goals, and target audience.
Design Multi-Platform Marketing Materials
Produce graphics for social media, websites, packaging, advertisements, and print collateral in line with brand identity.
Coordinate Across Teams
Work with marketing, product, content, and creative professionals to ensure consistent and cohesive design outputs.
Utilise Professional Design Tools
Develop high-quality visuals using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other relevant software.
Maintain and Evolve Brand Guidelines
Ensure visual consistency while contributing to the evolution of the brand’s identity across all channels.
Stay updated with Design Trends
Research and apply emerging design styles, techniques, and industry best practices to keep content fresh and engaging.
You might be a strong candidate if you have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing digital and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma, Canva, or similar tools is a plus.
- A sharp eye for detail and the ability to align visual design with strategic goals.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.
