JOB DETAILS:

As an Assistant Manager – TPS, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the development and delivery of Corporate Institutional Banking (CIB) products, with a focus on cash management solutions. Your work will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and business growth by ensuring innovative, high-quality products that meet market demands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers to design and enhance CIB products tailored to customer needs.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor offerings.
• Coordinate with marketing, IT, and operations teams to align product objectives and timelines.
• Monitor product performance metrics and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Address product-related customer inquiries to ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Deliver cash management solutions and provide client guidance through calls, visits, and virtual modes.
• Develop product pricing strategies to boost revenue and competitiveness.
• Prepare monthly tariff reports, create/review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and manage income leakage.
• Work with Risk & Compliance to ensure adherence to product launch processes.
• Identify training needs and conduct product training for staff and customers.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Information Technology.
• 2-5 years of experience in product development and cash management solutions in the banking industry.
• Strong analytical skills and experience in market research.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and manage stakeholder relationships.
