Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Department: Food & Beverage

Reports To: Food & Beverage Manager

Job Purpose

Support the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring excellent guest service across all food and beverage outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily F&B operations.
• Assist in staff scheduling and supervision.
• Ensure service standards are maintained.
• Monitor food quality and presentation.
• Assist with inventory control.
• Resolve guest concerns.
• Conduct staff training.
• Prepare operational reports.
• Support special events and banquets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage operations.
