Hyatt Regency Dar es Salaam is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and results-driven Assistant Director of Rooms to support the overall leadership and management of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations. This key leadership role is responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining the highest standards of service excellence, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a positive and engaged team culture. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, a passion for hospitality, outstanding communication skills, and a proven track record in hotel operations. Previous experience within Hyatt or an international luxury hotel brand will be highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Rooms Division operations within an international hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and Housekeeping operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.

• Support the overall leadership and management of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services operations.
