Assistant Chief Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Chief Engineer to support the maintenance and efficient operation of the hotel's engineering systems, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily engineering and maintenance operations.
• Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and repairs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and contractors.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in hotel engineering or facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Good communication and organizational abilities.
