JOB DETAILS:

Purpose
Support the accounting team in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and compliance with regulations.

Reports to: Accountant/Finance Manager

Responsibilities or duties

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Process invoices, payments and receipts
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Maintain accurate financial records
• Support audit processes and compliance
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare and submit tax returns
• Manage petty cash and expenses
• Assist in financial analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g. TRA, BRELA)

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance
• 1-2 years of experience
• Familiarity with accounting software (e.g QuickBooks, Finance Solution)
• Attention to details and organizational skills

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
