Job purpose

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Travel & Tourism, Aviation, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Previous experience in airline reservations.
• Knowledge of Aerocrs system.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Make and manage flight reservations and bookings.
• Provide information on flight schedules, fares, routes, and availability.
• Issue, reissue, and modify airline tickets.
• Handle cancellations, refunds, and flight changes.
• Assist passengers with travel requirements and booking inquiries.
• Maintain accurate passenger and reservation records.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve reservation-related issues.
• Coordinate with airlines and other travel service providers.
• Ensure compliance with airline policies and reservation procedures.
• Provide professional and timely customer service.
