JOB DETAILS:
Themis Group Company Limited is seeking a competent and highly motivated Advocate with strong experience in handling cases and drafting a wide range of contracts. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+years of proven legal practice and be fully capable of managing legal matters independently and professionally.
Key Expertise Required:
- Representation before the CMA
- District Court litigation
- High Court matters
- Land Tribunals procedures
- Drafting and reviewing:
- Real Estate Contracts
- Employment Contracts
- Tender Contracts
- Joint Venture Agreements
- Mining Contracts
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Minimum 3+years practical experience
- Strong drafting and litigation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Based in Dar es Salaam
