Role Overview:
Starrich Consulting International through its Graduate Internship Programme is providing an opportunity to a motivated, energetic, and detail-oriented Administrative & Business Intern to practice at the Njiro office in Arusha.
The Administrative & Business Intern will learn and do the following:
- Coordinate conducive working environment.
- Handle daily office correspondences.
- Manage office supplies and assist in procurement of stationery and consumables.
- Coordinate logistics for training events, workshops, and seminars.
- Prepare and update course contents, training manuals, and learning materials.
- Assist in conducting training sessions for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support the recruitment function
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
The intern will also be involved in:
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
- Participate in consultancy assignments alongside senior consultants.
- Support customer recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Prepare professional reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and management.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote company services and training programs.
- Organize and manage internal and external meetings.

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, HRM or related field.
- Recent graduate (preferably 2024 – 2026).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
