Administration Assistant
JOB KEY PURPOSE:
To provide business support to the Human Resources and Administration function ensuring all processes and procedures are adhered to for the sustainable development of human capital (11) and organizational accomplishment
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide support role on all administrative matters, are
• Liaise with all stake holders in relation to permits, licenses
• Assist on all reports, enquiries and record keeping.
• Supervise the reception, assist international visitors with all necessary documentation,
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:
• A degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Preferably, a recent college graduate.
• A person of high integrity, proactive and a skilled communicator,
