JOB DETAILS:
Background
This role is for an Assistant Lecturer in Actuarial Science at Chuo cha Usimamizi wa Fedha (IFM).
Duties and Responsibilities
- To conduct lectures, research, tutorials and seminars;
- To prepare case studies;
- To work in cooperation with senior members of staff in research projects and consultancies;
- To supervise students’ projects; and
- To perform other related duties as may be assigned by Supervisor.
Qualifications
Holder of Master’s Degree in Actuarial Science/Studies, Finance, Investment and Financial Management. Bachelor degree in Actuarial Science/Studies or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institutions with a GPA of at least 3.5 at undergraduate level or B+ average for non-classified degrees and at least 3.8 at Master Degree or B+ average for non –classified degrees
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
