• Process and verify all vendor invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes for accuracy before payment.
• Schedule and prepare payments (via bank transfers, cheques, or cash) to suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
• Reconcile supplier statements with company records and resolve any billing discrepancies.
• Maintain an up-to-date accounts payable ledger and aging reports.
• Ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (PAYE, NSSF, etc.) to relevant authorities.
• Liaise with the procurement and stores departments to confirm receipt of goods/services prior to payment approval.
• Assist in month-end closing activities and provide supporting documents for audits.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant Diploma or Bachelor's degree.
• Good communication and computer skills.
