About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and well-organised accounting professional to manage financial operations, ensure compliance, and support site-level administration. This role requires strong technical accounting skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate financial statements, tax returns, and management reports
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and bank reconciliations
• Develop budgets, monitor expenditure, and prepare financial forecasts
• Analyse financial data, identify risks, and recommend cost-saving measures
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and legal requirements
• Manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)
• Oversee site-level procurement and ensure adherence to procurement policies
• Manage security and administration teams and ensure compliance with SOPs and KPIs

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• Professional certification required (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years’ active accounting experience
• Strong computer skills with sound knowledge of Sage Evolution Accounting Package
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience leading teams in diverse cultural environments
• Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Siha, Kilimanjaro region
