JOB DETAILS:

• This role is perfect for detail-oriented individuals passionate about financial accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities include managing all accounting transactions, preparing budget forecasts, publishing timely financial statements, handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, reconciling accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely bank payments, computing taxes, preparing tax returns, auditing financial transactions, reinforcing data confidentiality, and conducting database backups. Candidates must comply with financial policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in financial accounting or a related field
• Over 3 years of relevant accounting experience
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Hands-on experience with accounting software
• Advanced MS Excel skills (Vlookups, pivot tables)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• CPA or CMA certification is a plus
• Compliance with company rules and regulations
