• Audit Support
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, managing partner, or directors. This may include special projects, reports, or analyses to support business operations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of Tanzanian tax and statutory compliance requirements (VAT, PAYE, SDL, NSSSF, WCF, Withholding Tax, Corporate Tax).
• Familiarity with payroll processing and payroll-related statutory deductions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience or exposure to accounting software
• Minimum 1 year of accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or internship experience
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
