Job Summary:
Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of guests, staff, and hotel property. Monitor premises, prevent unauthorized access, and respond to emergencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patrol hotel grounds and monitor surveillance systems.
  • Control access points and verify credentials.
  • Respond to incidents and provide assistance as needed.
  • Write incident reports and maintain logs.
  • Collaborate with local authorities when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Prior security experience preferred.
  • Strong observation and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Basic first aid knowledge is a plus.
