DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Register incoming letters in the incoming correspondence register;
- Register outgoing letters in the outgoing correspondence register;
- Distribute files to action officers;
- Receive files for action officers;
- Receive files being returned to the registry from action officers;
- Return files to the racks/filling cabinets or other designated storage places;
- Track the circulation of files within the institution (file tracking).
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Employed applicants must have completed either Form IV or Form VI education and possess a Diploma (NTA level 6) in one of the following fields: Records Management, Cartography or Geoinformatics, or Law from institutions recognized by the Government, with computer skills.
