DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Listing incoming correspondence in the register
- Register outgoing correspondence
- Distributing files to action officers
- Receiving files for action officers
- Receiving files returning to the registry from Executives
- Returning files to racks/filling cabinets or other storage locations
- Monitoring the circulation of files within the Institution (file tracking)
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
To be employed a person who has completed Form Four (IV) or Form Six (VI) Education, who has completed a Diploma (NTA level 6) in the field of Registry from Government-recognized Institutions, and who has computer skills.
