Responsibilities or duties

Successful candidates will be expected to:

• Perform duties professionally and ethically
• Follow company rules, procedures, and client requirements
• Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and integrity
• Work effectively under supervision and in shifts where required
• Represent SELIA Security Group Limited positively at all times

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Diploma in Security Management, Law Enforcement, or related field
• Proven leadership, coordination, and team management skills
• Training from JKT, Mgambo, Police, or
• Ability to manage guard deployment, discipline, and reporting

Experience needed

• At least four (4) years’ experience as a security supervisor
• Prior work experience in a recognized security company (certificate required)

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 48

Level of Education: associate degree
