Background
As part of its operational expansion, SELIA Security Group Limited invites qualified Tanzanian citizens to apply for 208 vacant positions in various security and supervisory roles. The company is seeking disciplined, committed, and competent individuals who are ready to work in a dynamic security environment and uphold professional standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Education level: Form Four Certificate
- Age: 18 to 45 years
- Minimum height: 5 feet 6 inches (168 cm)
- Must be in good physical and mental health
- Must be a Tanzanian citizen
- Must have no criminal record
- Training certificate from JKT, Mgambo, Police, or
- Proven work experience in a recognized security company (certificate required)
Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Perform duties professionally and ethically
- Follow company rules, procedures, and client requirements
- Maintain discipline, confidentiality, and integrity
- Work effectively under supervision and in shifts where required
- Represent SELIA Security Group Limited positively at all times
