JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
The Assistant Nursing Officer will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assisting in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care plans. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care.
- Administer medications, injections, and intravenous fluids as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patients' vital signs and report any changes to the medical team.
- Assist doctors with clinical procedures and rounds.
- Provide health education and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic clinical environment.
- Supervise and support junior nursing staff and students.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Must be registered with the Nurses and Midwives Council and possess a valid practicing license.
- Clinical experience in a hospital setting is required.
- Compassion, patience, and excellent teamwork skills.
