Job Summary:
Inspire HR Consultancy On behalf of our client in the Trading industry We are hiring Sales Executives to drive retail sales and ensure excellent customer service in fast-paced commercial outlets. The ideal candidate will be energetic, goal-oriented, and passionate about building customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
~ Greet and engage customers, offering product guidance and support.
~ Drive sales through product knowledge and persuasive selling techniques.
~ Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
~ Maintain a clean and organized retail space.
~ Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.
~ Track inventory and support stock management.
~ Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the supervisor.
~ Promote brand loyalty and customer retention.

Key Requirements:
~ Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
~ Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in retail or FMCG.
~ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
~ Customer-focused with persuasive and negotiation abilities.
~ Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
~ Computer literacy and basic reporting skills.
~ Fluency in English and Swahili.
~ Candidates applying for the Zanzibar position must be based in or willing to relocate to Zanzibar.
