Job Summary:

The Marketing Officer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote Wintech Elevators' products and services. The role involves market research, client acquisition, branding, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, architects, and contractors.
• Prepare marketing materials, presentations, and proposals.
• Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media and the company website.
• Represent the company at industry events and exhibitions.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of proven experience in marketing, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial products.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and MS Office.
