Job Summary:

The Local Procurement Officer will manage the sourcing and purchasing of materials, parts, and services from local suppliers to support operations and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with reliable local suppliers.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory and procurement records.
• Work with project managers to forecast material needs.
• Ensure all purchased items meet required quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in procurement, preferably in construction or manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management software
