Position Description
Buckreef Gold is seeking to recruit a Crane Operator to join our team. We are looking for self-motivated, results-driven, and qualified personnel to work with BGC. A Mobile Crane Operator operates cranes to lift and move heavy objects, ensuring safety and accuracy while following project specifications.

• Place of Work: Buckreef Site
• Qualifications, Skills, or Experience Required:
  • Certificate of crane operator from a recognized institution.
  • Basic rigging certificate.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in crane operation.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Must be a motivated individual with the ability to operate with minimal supervision.
  • Performance-oriented, strongly motivated, and maintains a high work standard.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Shows initiative.
  • Adaptable to change management processes.
  • Focused on continuous improvement.
  • Committed and engaged employees who are enthusiastic and passionate about Buckreef.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ working experience as a crane operator.
