JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary:
Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards. Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and prepare meals according to recipes.
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety standards.
