Job Summary:

Prepare and present high-quality dishes in accordance with hotel standards. Oversee kitchen operations and ensure food safety and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan menus and prepare meals according to recipes.
  • Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.

Requirements:
