Position: STORE KEEPER (15 Positions)

Role Purpose: Responsible for managing, organizing and safe guarding all items and stocks in the store ensuring accurate records of goods and maintaining proper inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, record, and issue goods and materials
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory.
• Ensure safe custody and proper arrangement of goods in the store.
• Conduct regular stock-taking and reporting.
• Verify quality, quantity, and specifications of delivered items before acceptance and storage.
• Safeguard store property against theft, loss, damage, and deterioration.
• Issue goods and materials to departments and member societies upon authorization.
• Document all items issued in or out of the store.
• To perform any other duties that may be assigned by the management.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Store Management, Supply Chain Managent with minimum 1 years’ experience in related field and ability to maintain accurate inventory and stock management.

Candidates with strong physical presence, operational discipline, and ability to coordinate field and administrative teams will be given priority consideration.
