POST ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT II – 12 POST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To bank cash and cheques;
• To prepare Payment Voucher;
• To maintain Petty Cashbook and Register;
• To dispatch voucher lists and other accounts documents to the Banks;
• To maintain incoming and outgoing cheque register;
• To perform clerical duties which are acceptance, delivery, ticket sales, passenger and cargo bookings;
• To Scrutinize freight and passenger sales return;
• To ensure safe custody of valuable documents;
• To perform any other related duties as may be assigned from time to time by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Holder of certificate in Accounting from Institution/University recognized by the Government, or ATEC I Certificate from NBAA or any other related field recognized by NBAA.
