JOB DETAILS:

Key Responsibilities will include
1. To identify stock item requirements for placement of orders.
2. To seek approval to purchase the identified requirements.
3. To prepare requests for quotations.
4. To receive and analyse quotations and recommend awards of tenders.
5. To prepare and draft contracts or LPOs to approved bidders.
6. To make follow upon orders for timely delivery.
7. To receive, inspect and issue goods to user departments.
8. To receive, match and submit documents of goods delivered for payment.
9. To assist in preparation for stock taking.
10. To supervise cleanliness and arrangement for safe keeping.
11. To participate in preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
12. To perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualification Required:
Bachelor Degree or Advanced Diploma in one of the following fields; Procurement and Supplies Management, Materials Management, Logistics Management, Business Administration (specialising in Procurement and Supplies) or equivalent qualifications from recognised institution.

Preferred Language Skill :
Swahili and English
