JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a female graduate (25–40 years) to join our tools shop in Dar es Salaam.

Key Requirements:

- Graduate qualification is a must
- Computer literate, with simple accounting & data entry
- Minimum 3 years proven sales experience
- Fluent in English and Swahili (spoken and written)
- Strong ability to manage customers confidently
- Sharp, observant, good in mathematics, and with a strong presence
- Physically fit and free from disabilities
- Willing to work from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (with 1–2 pm lunch break)
- Free from constant family responsibilities that may affect work commitment
- Growth-oriented (personal and organizational)
- A good team player, calm and composed under pressure
- Must provide history of past work with references (we will contact them)
- Experience in retail/hardware/tools sales preferred
- Target-driven with excellent customer service skills

Compensation:

* Net Salary: 800,000 TZS per month (Non-Negotiable)
* Plus commission on sales

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 36

Level of Education: bachelor degree
