Job Overview:
The Operation Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations related to the building and construction materials division. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of the industry. The OE will be accountable for driving revenue growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. The OE is expected to foster a positive and productive work environment and must be an effective leader, capable of motivating and managing a diverse team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive sales growth through effective marketing strategies and customer relationship management.
- Operations Management: Ensure efficient and effective operations, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain optimization.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Customer Service: Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and industry partners.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field, accounting, administration, social sciences, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in a management position.
- Added advantage with experience in the building materials and construction industry.
- Strong financial acumen and budgeting skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
