JOB DETAILS:
The Chuo cha Uhasibu Arusha (IAA) is seeking an Assistant Lecturer in Tourism and Hospitality. This role is crucial for delivering high-quality education and contributing to the institution's academic and research endeavors. The ideal candidate will possess a strong academic background and a passion for teaching and research in the fields of tourism and hospitality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- To lecture up to NTA level 8 (Bachelor Degree)
- To prepare learning resources for the tutorial exercises
- To conduct research, seminars and case studies
- To carry out consultancy and community services under close supervision
- To supervise students project and research
- To prepare teaching manual
- To perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Experiences
- Holder of a Masters in Food Production, Bachelor degree/ Advanced Diploma in Food Production or equivalent qualifications from recognized Institutions.
- A GPA of at least 3.5 at undergraduate level and at least 3.5 at Master Degree.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
