Qualifications

  • University degree in marketing, sales, business administration, communication management, or related fields
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, business administration, or related fields

Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies
  • Attend to customer requirements at points of sale and for distributors
  • Provide training and coaching to sales teams
  • Review and analyze weekly sales of areas and assigned distributors by region
  • Push the adoption of promotional activities for the channels
  • Coordinate monthly sales review sessions
  • Support MFS (Mobile Financial Services) initiatives in the territory
  • Contribute to the business case
  • Monitor brand campaign execution

  • Ability to engage in effective and persuasive negotiations with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and time constraints
  • Ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community
  • Mature ability to work collaboratively with management teams throughout the organization and to be seen as a valuable expert resource
  • Ability to achieve results through others
