JOB DETAILS:

Job Purpose:

To supervise all on-site engineering activities, including maintenance, small projects, contractor management, and compliance with technical standards, ensuring safe and efficient site operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise a team of technicians, electricians, and mechanics across shifts.
• Plan and allocate daily work orders (preventive and corrective maintenance).
• Coordinate with production, safety, and logistics to minimize operational disruption.
• Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to engineering standards.
• Manage subcontractors and service providers on site (security, cleaning, specialist repairs).
• Ensure all engineering documentation (drawings, logs, permits) is updated.
• Assist in root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions.
• Report daily/weekly KPIs (downtime, backlog, safety incidents) to Site Manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Supervisory or management certification (advantageous).

Experience:

• 6–10 years in industrial maintenance or project engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

Competencies:

• Leadership and task delegation.
• Problem-solving under pressure.
• Understanding of HSE regulations and permit-to-work systems.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 72

Level of Education: bachelor degree
