Role Overview:
The Senior Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share. The role involves managing sales operations, overseeing marketing campaigns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Products: POS Devices, Computer Hardware, Software’s and IT Services.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify target markets and customer segments.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Ensure the sales team meets or exceeds sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and maintain sales pipelines and forecasts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Implement customer retention strategies to enhance loyalty.
- Manage and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the team’s skills and knowledge.
- Set performance goals and monitor progress.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, and promotional activities.
- Develop and maintain the company’s brand image and reputation.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and social media content.

- Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality marketing materials.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.

- Monitor marketing expenses and optimize spending.
- Allocate budget for various marketing activities and track ROI.
- Any Other Duties assigned by Line Manager
Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor in Marketing, Business Administration, Accounts or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of work experience in a similar position.
- Proven work experience as a sales and marketing executive.
- Knowledge of modern marketing techniques.
- High-level communication and networking skills.
- A passion for sales.
- Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure
