We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Medical Insurance Broker to join our team. This role is crucial in driving sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring the delivery of excellent insurance solutions.

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Professional insurance qualification (e.g., Certificate/Diploma in Insurance, ACII, Dip CII, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
• Registration with the relevant insurance regulatory authority where applicable.
• Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in medical insurance brokerage or health insurance.
• Proven experience managing corporate medical insurance portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales and business development targets.
• Experience negotiating with insurers and healthcare providers.
