Role Context
We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our sales processes. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:
- Coordinating sales activities across production, farms, depots, and retail outlets.
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
- Maintaining stock management records, including FIFO principles.
- Generating sales reports and basic reporting.
- Utilizing MS Excel for sales records and data management.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess the following qualifications:
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales administration, coordination, or commercial operations.
- Experience working in FMCG, agriculture, animal feeds, or production-based companies is highly advantageous.
- A strong understanding of order processing, sales coordination, and customer account management.
- Proven knowledge of stock management, FIFO principles, and inventory movement.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, sales records, and basic reporting systems.
