Role Context

We are seeking a motivated and organized Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring smooth coordination between various departments, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our sales processes. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks including, but not limited to:

  • Coordinating sales activities across production, farms, depots, and retail outlets.
  • Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Managing customer accounts and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Maintaining stock management records, including FIFO principles.
  • Generating sales reports and basic reporting.
  • Utilizing MS Excel for sales records and data management.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must possess the following qualifications:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in sales administration, coordination, or commercial operations.
  • Experience working in FMCG, agriculture, animal feeds, or production-based companies is highly advantageous.
  • A strong understanding of order processing, sales coordination, and customer account management.
  • Proven knowledge of stock management, FIFO principles, and inventory movement.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, sales records, and basic reporting systems.
