Job Overview:

To ensure all products and components meet established quality standards by performing inspections, tests, and audits throughout the assembly process, from incoming materials to finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct incoming quality checks on raw materials and components.
• Perform in-process inspections at various stages of assembly to identify deviations.
• Execute final inspection on finished products before release.
• Use precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges) and testing devices.
• Document inspection results, maintain quality records, and generate non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Support the root cause analysis for defects and participate in corrective actions.
• Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with quality management system (QMS) procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Quality Control (e.g., ISO 9001 training) is a strong advantage.
• Proficient in using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings.
• Keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a firm approach to upholding standards.
