Background information about the job or company:

A Project Manager is needed to oversee the management and delivery of both existing and new company projects at Niajiri Platform LTD. The role involves ensuring projects are completed within defined timelines and meet all specified deliverables.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management - scope, goals, resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and deliverables
• Coordinate the approval process for project deliverables and documentation, and ensure timely follow-up on associated payments.
• Monitor budgets, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Oversee client relations by managing expectations and maintaining alignment among stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Manage risks: Identify challenges and create contingency plans
• Cross-functional team management - Manage tasks, delegate roles, and foster collaboration
• Proposal preparation, play the role of bid manager as and when required
• Document and report: -Maintain records and report project outcomes
• Facilitate meetings, updates, and clear reporting across all levels
• Provide regular status reports and end-of-project summaries

Qualifications:

• Must possess a Master's Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
• Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP project management.
• Must have been certified in PMP or equivalent.
