Background
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Program Officer to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor program activities
- Represent the organization with government, partners & stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Tanzanian regulations
- Support reporting, communication & resource mobilization
- Provide administrative and logistics support for programs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Development Studies, International Relations, Public Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years’ experience in NGO/development work
- Strong communication, leadership & stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience in community mobilization and program coordination
Work Hours: 8
