Duties & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Technical Teams to design IT and system integration solutions that meet client needs.
- Prepare cost estimates, proposals, and tender documentation for technology projects.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Manage RFI/RFP responses and coordinate all documentation for bids and tenders.
- Support client presentations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and lead generation.
- Maintain accurate records and communication using CRM and Microsoft Office tools.
- Assist in developing marketing and sales materials aligned with company offerings.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in presales, IT solutions, or B2B technology sales.
- Good understanding of system integration, software solutions, and tender management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Swahili is an advantage.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with a customer-focused mindset.
