JOB DETAILS:
Smiles Dental Clinic is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a healthy care facility, ensuring both efficient service delivery and administrative functions. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities including managing staff, overseeing budgets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining high standards of patients care and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management
- Ensuring the clinic functions smoothly
- Managing patients’ appointments
- Records keeping
- And overall clinic workflow
Staff Management
- Recruiting, Training, Scheduling and evaluating clinic staff, including Doctors, Nurses and support personnel
Financial Management
- Developing and managing Budgets, controlling expenses, and potentially overseeing revenue generation.
Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensuring adherence to clinic policies, safety regulations, and legal requirements, and implementing quality improvement initiatives.
Patient care and satisfaction:
- Coordinating activities of healthcare professionals to optimize care and addressing patient concerns.
Qualifications and Skills
