Are you a strategic and innovative supply chain leader ready to make a lasting impact in a fast-evolving market? YAS TZ, part of the Axian Group, is looking for a Head of Supply Chain to oversee and optimize end-to-end logistics and inventory management.

Your Mission

Take full ownership of the company’s supply chain activities—from procurement and warehousing to distribution and sales support. You’ll lead with a sharp focus on efficiency, process improvement, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement a Distribution Management System
  • Create tools for real-time inventory control across all warehouses
  • Map and analyze sales points to optimize sales routes
  • Support procurement with data-driven insights during equipment negotiations
  • Monitor delivery performance and manage inventory reorder systems
  • Prevent stock-outs with proactive alert systems
  • Generate reporting tools to support Sales, Warehousing, and Procurement
  • Integrate digital and physical inventory systems (including E-pin tracking)

What You Bring

  • Degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business (MBA preferred)
  • Certifications in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
  • 5–7 years of experience in logistics, procurement, or inventory management
  • Proven managerial experience in mid to large organizations
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
  • A strategic mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo
  • Availability to travel
