Job Purpose:

To oversee and manage all site service functions including camp accommodations, catering, housekeeping, laundry, and recreation facilities, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and productive living environment for all site personnel. Responsible for budgeting, contractor management, and maintaining high standards of service and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the annual budget for all site services departments.
• Lead, mentor, and schedule teams including catering, housekeeping, and camp maintenance.
• Manage contracts with service providers and ensure SLAs (Service Level Agreements) are met.
• Ensure all facilities comply with company standards, safety regulations, and health codes.
• Plan and oversee the provision of meals, accommodation, and amenities for a fluctuating workforce.
• Handle client and employee feedback and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with the HSE department on all health, sanitation, and camp safety matters.
• Manage inventory and procurement for camp supplies and food items.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in facilities or hospitality management, with at least 5 years in a remote mining or construction camp environment.
• Proven experience in budgeting and financial control.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Valid certifications in Food Safety and Health & Safety are highly desirable.
