Construction Of the Community Dagaa Processing Facility in Mafia Island-Phase 1 Tender at WWF Tanzania
1. Background
WWF Tanzania has received funds from Charles Stewart Mott Foundation to support the hosting of Tanzania Decentralized Renewable Energy Ecosystem Model (DREEM) Hub 3.0 with a network of spoke partners. The project through Productive Use of Solar Energy (PUSE) technologies aims to deliver climate change solutions in the fisheries and agriculture value chains and cost-effective sustainable community livelihoods. The project is going to establish a community solar drying processing facility (solar dryers and associated buildings) for Mafia Dagaa value chain to successfully pilot PUSE technologies. The successful introduction of PUSE technologies will address challenges such as reliance on fossil fuels and fuelwood, limited business and entrepreneurship skills among actors, and high post-harvest losses.
WWF Tanzania through (DREEM) Hub 3.0 is now inviting all interested bidders who are eligible with proven experience in civil works and who are registered with the Contractors Registration Board (CRB) in Class VI and above to submit their bids for the following tenders of CONSTRUCTION OF THE COMMUNITY DAGAA PROCESSING FACILITY IN MAFIA ISLAND-PHASE 1

2. Mode of Application and Submission
All interested eligible bidders should visit https://www.wwf.or.tz/jobs_and_opportunities/consultancies_and_tenders/ to obtain the full tender documents for each lot.
Bidders can bid for any Lot/Lots of their choice as each lot is a separate tender. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in an acceptable form in the amount of two percent (2%) of the bid price.
Only softcopy bids in PDF Format bearing the title of the tender requested should be submitted electronically through email address: procurement@wwftz.org
Only Form of Tender in a sealed envelope with clearly marked tender numbers should be submitted physically to:
