JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities or duties
Bottle Girl Responsibilities:
- Provide premium bottle service in lounge/bar areas
- Present and serve premium spirits and champagne
- Maintain knowledge of premium beverage portfolio
- Create engaging tableside experiences
- Process bottle service payments
- Maintain inventory of glassware and service items
- Ensure responsible alcohol service
- Upsell premium products effectively
Host/Hostess Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Manage reservation system and waiting list
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Answer phone calls and take reservations
- Maintain lobby area cleanliness and organization
- Provide restaurant information to guests
- Coordinate with servers for table assignments
- Handle special requests and accommodations
Qualifications or requirements
- Excellent presentation and grooming
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of reservation systems
- Premium service mindset
