As an Assistant Manager – Digital Banking & Switch Specialist, you’ll lead the charge in enhancing Exim Bank’s digital banking platforms and switch systems. Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of digital banking solutions and switch systems.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure system reliability, security, and performance.
- Conduct market research to identify digital banking trends and customer needs.
- Monitor system performance metrics and user feedback to enhance platform functionality.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients using digital banking services.
- Work with stakeholders to deliver a seamless “whole” product experience.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery, productivity, and risk management.
- Prepare competitor intelligence and regulatory reports to maintain a competitive edge.
- Support training initiatives for new digital product launches.
