Role Overview
The Administrative Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating key administrative functions including corporate insurance management, property administration, staff accommodation, immigration support, vendor and contract management, and overall office operations. The role ensures efficient administrative systems, cost-effective service delivery, and full compliance with legal, safety, and corporate governance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Insurance Management: Oversee corporate insurance policies, negotiate coverage terms, and manage claims processes.
- Property Administration: Manage company-owned and leased properties, ensuring maintenance, compliance, and proper utilization.
- Staff Housing: Coordinate employee accommodation, negotiate leases, and manage relocation logistics.
- Immigration Support: Handle visa applications, work permits, and liaise with relevant government authorities.
- Office Operations: Supervise administrative staff, manage office supplies, and ensure efficient administrative systems.
- Vendor & Contract Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and service providers to optimize operational costs.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to legal, safety, and corporate governance standards and prepare related reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: University Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience in administration or office management.
- Technical Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Competencies: Demonstrated experience in administrative support and customer service delivery.
- Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders.
- Attributes: Strong leadership, communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Professionalism: High level of initiative, reliability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
